Welcome to Colorado CPAS (Collaboration, Performance, and Analytics System), a web-based portal that supports Colorado’s Hospital Transformation Program (HTP). This portal is used as a means of document submission and information exchange between Myers and Stauffer, LC and participating HTP hospitals. The portal will house materials for hospital applications, implementation plans, and quarterly reporting. The portal will be integrated with the Data Collection Tool to collect performance measure data.
